「Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking.」

「Nice historic part of town with cobblestone streets. 20 minute walk to downtown and University campus. Plenty of parking. Being located in a hilly area of town, expect a little uphill traveling if walking. Nice house, pleasant hosts.」

「This was a brand-new hotel that has the same name as one twenty minutes away. When booking the room, we actually book the wrong hotel. Thank you for the staff at the hotels to help us. But booking it through Expedia, there was no way in changing the reservation to the correct location. 」

「This is a very nice property. We stayed 4/2025 and it is a newer property. They have controlled parking across the street. We did not bring a pet, but noticed a number of people did and it appeared to be very pet friendly. The continental breakfast was the standard breakfast, but was a well kept area. Room was very comfortable.」
