"We loved the hotel. Room was spacious and well lit. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet room. Breakfast was immense and area was inviting. We will return! Recliner chair was broken. Toilet back had large crack. Shower handle was almost impossible to turn on and off. "

"It was close to universal studios where we were headed. They said they had a free shuttle to Universal studios. They did BUT it dropped you off arpund 8:15 and picked you up at 5. The parks close at 9pm yet the shuttle only picks you up at 5. That is ridiculous!"

"The property is nice and the amenities provided are quite decent. I just hope that the shuttle bus to Universal Studio can be adjusted to depart from the park near the park closing time so that guests can make most of their time at the park. "
