「Good food, great service, beautiful golf course 」

「Lovely old building, very interesting design, beautiful large hall inside with wood beams. Nice gardens to stroll around. The main restaurant food was great, & the bar area is very cosy. Lots of lovely cocktails to choose from. Fantastic view of the river Thames (although no walkable direct path down to it).」

「Celebrating 60th birthday. Great spacious room with balcony overlooking the weir. All staff were very courteous. Breakfast was wonderful in a delightful room overlooking the river and bridge in Marlow. Free parking and very quiet.」

「There was a very cosy feel to the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the pub on the first night and the meals were delicious. The room was fairly comfortable but it could do with some updating/replacing of items. The mattress was past it's best (resulting in an uncomfortable sleep on the first night) and the taps were loose, with drainage not working great. However we'd certainly return again.」

「Great location, convenient public car park out the back of the property. Inside space felt comfortable and fresh and the room was perfectly comfortable. Our only issue was a constant, loud hum (imagine a loud fridge) which persisted all night, though this didn't bother my husband, I barely slept. Other friends who stayed in other rooms had no issue so I think we were just very unlucky with our room (no. 12) which seemed to have a vent of some kind right outside the window. 「Great location, it’s a fantastic building, it clearly needs some TLC!! I did stay in a block of rooms that looked like a jail, but the room was of a good standard. Breakfast really wasn’t pleasant, also understaffed, dirty plates everywhere and food was a great standard. I would stay there again, however hope you guys can make some improvements over the coming years 」

「We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all very much and we will definitely return. 」
