「Room was lovely and spacious, however it didnt have a mirror or a view which was a shame as the hotels grounds are nice. The lift needs sorting, as it made me anxious everytime getting in it with its noises a slow movement. It said it could fit 7, however a sign was next to the lift saying no mors than 2 people. 「We were really disappointed on arrival as the hotel was covered in scaffolding and the entrance looked much more like a 1970s multi-storey carpark than a 4* hotel. The stairs (the lift was out of order), reception area and room were very dated. The soundproofing in the bathroom was non-existent (my wife could hear everything next door). Having said that the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.」

「We had a very enjoyable stay, the room was clean and quite well equipped, a fridge and kettle would have made it perfect, although when we requested a kettle and milk it was quickly delivered only trouble with the milk, by morning it was thick and lumpy, as the room was very hot, keys to windows would be good! 「Lovely B&B. Sue is a lovely lady -very friendly and helpful. She also does a fantastic Breakfast! Our room was great - roomy and very comfortable bed. Choice of a Bath or a walk in shower in the bathroom, which was also a very good size. Will definitely stay there again, and highly reccomend it.」

「1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。」
