「The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. 」

「Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened. 」

「Franchement tres beau sejour. Les chambres sont propre et tres spacieuses. La chose a améliorer cest le petit dejeuner un peu limite mais bon voila . On en a pour notre argent. Le frere a la reception est tres gentil. Pour la distance du haram il y a une navette a des heures bien precise. Si vous rater la navette , soit le taxi soit le 11. Le 11 cest les jambes. 「Awesome customer service by Abdullah. Very spacious room.very clean inside . Very pleased and will be back again. Price is very reasonable compare other local hotels. 「You need to adjust location and map direction, I went to different area very far from the hotel, wasted alot of time, all directions on expedia applications are wrong , I used google map to find the Hotel. 」
