「What an adorable studio apartment! It had all the amenities I needed — washer/dryer, coffee and maker, comfortable bed. The only downside is that it is located right at a freeway onramp so it was noisy at night. But I felt very safe and it was within walking distance (1/2 to 1 mile) from coffee shops and restaurants. 」

「The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. Bathroom old and used. Kitchen cupboards and doors lopsided and stained. Clocks on appliances not set. Lighting not working in...

"It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it."
