"I paid $55.64 for an Expedia reservation. They said they don't take Expedia reservations and charged me $80 plus $30 security deposit (I have not received a refund). Now I'm trying to get a refund from Expedia. TV didn't work and only 1 light worked."

"Stayed during winter storm. Mom had surgery at nearby hospital. Was walkable despite the snow. Great having the kitchen...really came in handy given the weather. Well appointed unit. Would highly recommend. There are some homeless nearby, but still felt safe."

"Great people at the property / from check-in to check-out and in between, all staff were accommodating and helpful. We were there during a very busy wknd with parades / conferences and a national championship game - and they did a really great job with a very full hotel. Great place if you are looking for something reasonably priced - safe and clean - with nice people."

Saving grace when snowed in

"I was stuck in Atlanta during a snowstorm and so glad I chose the Hilton to stay while waiting to fly back out. There is a restaurant and a little cafe area on site which was a lifesaver since DoorDash was not operating at that time. Definitely would stay again if I end up back in Atlanta. "
