「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「Beautiful hotel in heart of Midtown. Cool lobby with bar, coffee shop and restaurant. Our room was spacious and clean. Venice at the front desk was exceptional! Would stay again! 」

「My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The men operating Valet were helpful from the time we pulled and they even checked on us after we came back (we chose to use the parking garage). Tempest checked us in and she was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and we could tell that it had been cleaned thoroughly which we appreciated. The next time we’re in town we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the hospitality! 」

「The location is great for anything at the stadium or other venues. Hotel is new and very pretty. Lots of outdoor seating in covered balconies, lobby, Nest Sports Bar. The pool and pool bar are nice and they overlook the stadium. The nightly rate can be expensive if staying for a stadium event, but we thought it was worth it to just "walk across the yard" to the stadium. The breakfast buffet was too pricey. I think they could lower this to accomodate the guests, who are already paying a lot...
