「I had to find this motel in the middle of the night because my original motel the La Quinta Atlanta Perimeter overbooked and wouldn’t let us stay. The weather was bad on this night so I was happy to find this motel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The beds were really comfy and the rooms were clean. Very Grateful for finding this place. 」

"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned. Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it. "
