「This was a great find! The Union Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel that's within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed lulled me to sleep every night, and the shower was nice! When I come back to Toronto, I will stay here again.」

「Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained. Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am. Stains on the bedsheet. Didn’t feel like 4 stars at all」

「It was kind of complicated. No one reached out to me about checking in. I got two texts to pay for the room and for a deposit. Then I didn’t hear anything back. I had to call the number in the listing and the person on the line sent me the check in information via email. There is a lockbox on site that you get the key from. They also gave me no parking information even though i requested it. There is underground parking in the building. 18 hours was $30.00. There is also Green P parking...
