「房間的門鎖是壞的，無法上鎖，就算更換了另外一個房間，門鎖仍然是壞的，他們兩次安排技術人員前來修理兩個房間的門鎖，說是「結構性問題」無法修理。幸好我們有經驗的旅客，我們能夠自行在房門安裝警報器，否則房間不能上鎖如何能夠安心睡覺呢？酒店的接待員，職員，全部十分友善，點讚。可是酒店本身有「結構性問題」待解決。The lock on the room was out of order and could not be locked. I called ahead of time to ensure everything was taken care of, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful from beginning to end. He even called me back to next day to ensure I had paid for parking so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it when they got here.
