「The hotel is very well managed, spotless clean & updated with a cute contemporary style, Beds comfy!! Warm welcome with fruit and smoothies, and breakfasts were not buffet, decent options, and servings large. Great downtown location. The window views of an abandoned building with garbage galore behind it was disappointing - but not uncommon in Vietnam. Overall, I would bring my family to this hotel any day. 「First of all the staff and breakfast were amazing. The hiking trip organised by the hotel was awesome. The location is really good. The downsides there were lots of bugs in my room. I killed them all and i thought that was the end of it then on the last day upon checking out there was a huge cockroach on the floor, i presume their mother. 「Great hotel and great location. A lot of cleaning up both at hotel (skybar and pool) and outside after typhon. It was very clean so we was very surpriced when we found a small bug living in the wall by the window at the breakfast. Otherwise it was a hreat stay. Restaurant in the hotel had so good food. Overall a fantastic stay. If i come back i will book this hotel and hope i get a toom with view over the bay. We had view over half the bay now. 」
