"The Bar at the hotel has the worst service I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. We have experienced this on more than one occasion at this hotel. We have complained before but the situation has not improve. Employ more staff."

"The hotel itself is good and the staff friendly. However there are sections that require updating. The tiles in my bathroom were falling off the wall and there was mould in the shower. The exhaust fan also needs to be cleaned on a regular basis to avoid build up of dust in the vent."
