「We had a great time. We didn’t know what to expect, but we wanted to see some snow and we thought there might be some there. The area had gotten some snow, but the weather was just perfect. The owners and staff were fantastic and were always available to help. 」

「The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent and super helpful with everything, even giving a little back story throughout the small tour we received. I love that it was secluded in the woods surrounded with trees and nature. The only thing i would add is an air conditioner because it got quite warm at some points of the day. 」

「The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience.」

「The ease of accessing and communications was very nice. The property had a nice comfy homey relaxing feeling. The hot tub was not functional and most windows did not open or close properly. The couch had broken legs in the game room and collapsed. All and all it was a nice stay considering the price.」

「Overall enjoyed the stay. Would recommend a king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a new bed in the main level master, and a bed be put in the basement bedroom instead of a futon. The water pressure for flushing toilets was not good and there was a sewage smell coming out of the hot tub drain. Parking was a little precarious and dangerous backing up and turning around on a hillside, also getting into the driveway was difficult even will 4wD we were spinning tires.」

「Here are a couple or reasons I would not recommend this property. -Master Bath was not up to par. The water pressure was very weak and we could not shower when anyone was else was using water. The garden tub was not functional which was one of the reasons we selected this property. The hot water tank was not enough to accommodate 8 people. -The second floor guest bath, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, so much that mother in law felt a little unsafe when using it. -The microwave kept...

「Beautiful view! I just wish the property management side of things was handled better. There really is no place to park, so it would probably be helpful if either a spot on the road was marked off for it, or at the least, if guests were allowed to park in the Taylor-Made Vacation Rental Office Building that is only 3 houses up the street. Also there is nowhere to put the trash for it to be picked up in front of the property. We were instructed to put the trash in the shed out back and it was...

「The refrigerator did not cool enough to keep food in even after the 6 to 8 hours that they asked you to wait for it to cool knowing you were coming and would arrive at 4. When taking a shower the next morning the shower head fell apart in my hands and you could tell it was already broken and never replaced. Called and only got the answering machine. 」
