「Very friendly staff at front desk and very clean in detail we could not get to parking ramp and the front desk people responded quickly and helped us resolve it. Maybe a key card would help and a little air freshener for hall but the room was excellent it was one of my best stays for me and my wife. 「Stayed at this hotel since it was close to the fairgrounds (winter festival)! Ou room was clean, spacious. On the outer portion with windows to outside— as mentioned in some other reviews if you get an “inner” room you may have no windows, opening up to indoor pool etc. unique property, old train station so it is not the typical set up.
