「The staff and facilities were great. Our room was clean, updated and well appointed. The stars were the staff! Every person we encountered went out if their way to make our stay great. 「Only downside is how hard it is to get to when the mall is open. We spent 15 min waiting to get to the 4 way stop to turn onto the road for the property. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing. Not something I would have thought about there is just something relaxing about walking in to a hotel that smells good and not like cleaner.」

「The room was great except we had no air so it was stuffy night. I also ask for a receipt or statement and they didn’t give me. They said that the 3rd party would give me one nothing! I paid the hotel. I am not sure if they charge me the correct amount. They also changed the name of the hotel」
