「This is a lovely old little B&B, with a cute country charm and lovely, friendly staff. Great food for vegetarians at breakfast and dinner. Nice room with lovely views of the countryside. Due to the rural and old nature of the pub, it was a little dusty and probably in need of a lick of paint, but this certainly shouldn’t deter people from staying. It was everything we needed during our stay!」

「A beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Very good standard of food. The classic room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Perfect for a relaxing break once you have negotiated the 1.5 mile single track road to the hotel!」

「The Turks Head is a lovely place to stay - it's very clean and comfortable and the staff really friendly, welcoming and polite. However, there is noise from from the pub and this could be unsettling for some guests.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
