「The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel is clean and in a great location, very close to restaurants and not hard to get into downtown Pittsburgh. The breakfast had a lot of great choices so everyone could find something! 「I stay here whenever I'm in town, the hotel is reasonably priced, quite,friendly staff and the rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast is not the best but the coffee is always strong and hot. 」

「We have always stayed here when in town to visit family since it a convenient location. The staff is always very pleasant and eager to assist guests. The breakfast is great and complete: there is something for everyone. The hotel is undergoing renovations; however, upon booking our 7-night stay I never received any type of communication concerning the renovations. The pool/hot tub area was closed and the beds/linens were in poor shape. I think rooms that need updating should not be used until...
