「Enjoyed our stay. Great location. It’s a motel so not fancy but reasonably priced. We would stay again. 」

「It was quiet and the rooms are great for families. They thought of literally everything. The property sits on the banana river with a sun deck and a small beach access into the water where they provide courtesy paddle boards for use. The Beach is is across the road with entrance through the Anthony’s resort parking area. Just walk. The beach is wide and not crowded. Loved this place. 」

「Unit was great, had a smoke detector’s battery beeping and the coffee maker didn’t work correctly. The Room was clean and the be was comfortable.」

「Freshly painted with updated cupboards, tub surround, light fixtures. Able to park right outside your front door. If you have a car, you have great access within 5-10 minutes to grocery, shopping and the pier. Easy access to the beach. Helpful communication for check in. Nice to have laundry access. Pillows and tile grout need updating. 」

「We were just here for a night before getting on a cruise. I chose it because of its proximity to the Cocoa Beach pier, which is just a couple of minutes walk. The rooms have been nicely updated. Our room was very clean. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional, which we don’t always find to be the case on these “night before the cruise” rooms we’ve chosen before.
