「TJ was awesome! He went above and beyond to accommodate us due to the cook not being available this weekend. We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. The room was immaculate, with a full working kitchen, bar area, king size bed, a fully working soaker tub, a gas fireplace, a dining table, TV, and working ceiling fans. 「Came for one night for the indoor pool and hot tub. Was very clean, pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. Will be returning 」

「Friendly professional service. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. The only opportunity that I see, is there was a power outage during our stay and there are no emergency lights anywhere in the building. We had to climb to the second floor and it totally dark stairway with no emergency lights. Not sure why there were no emergency lights anywhere in the hallways lobby or stairwells, but to me this was a very uncomfortable experience. Other than that, it was a nice day. 」

「The property is nice and the restaurant was wonderful but the “spa” is minimal and other than that there is nothing to do. No hot tub, no sauna, no games, not even a deck of cards, nothing. I had much higher expectations. 」

「It took two tries to get a room that either the heat worked or where there wasn’t a smell and leftover drinks in the fridge. The third was fine. We slept well. Breakfast was nice. Robin the attendant was very friendly. The front desk was very nice. Overall a good stay but an unfortunate start. 」
