「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「The property was well-maintained. Beware of Sea Tower-we were first placed in a room right next to a night club that played extremely loud music from 9pm until 2am. Our entire room vibrated. The staff was accommodating and they relocated us the next day. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The property had a nice beach and the staff was wonderful. After a couple days you figure out how the restaurants (Stake house) work. Over all i would put Riu up there with Sandals resorts 」

The food was pretty good as well we ordered nachos and wings and I will give them a 8/10. Abigail & forgive me if I’m off I believe Claudia was AMAZING, Welcoming and super helpful!!」

「Vey clean! Very polite! The mixture of multi valued shared properties was annoying ie inclusive vs non inclusive.But once you learn the advantages of shared resorts with transportation it was good. The closeness to the beach was amazing. Entertainment was lacking. Food and drinks would have been worth the “ all-inclusive”. They were very good」
