「The hotel is very clean and the staff in the adjacent bar are really great. The only down side is that there is nowhere comfortable to sit in the room to watch tv for example. 」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Privately-owned, and service reflects this. Staff are extremely friendly and efficient throughout. The restaurant is first class, with an exciting menu, and the food was very good indeed. The hotel feels modern with an elegant design, yet obviously has history. The "new" extensions complement the old. My only concern (and mild disappointment) was the shower which takes a long time to get going and was just a little cramped. Otherwise, the room was fantastic and most importantly, the bed...

「Very honest, pleasant and helpful staff. By mistake I left a backpack with very important personal belongings in the hotel canteen and left. A staff discovered and handed to reception to keep it safely. I drove away from hotel and realized the missing of backpack till 2 hours later. Heartfelt thanks !!!」

「Great place, room was great we had everything we needed and able to take our dog, breakfast great and staff all friendly they couldn’t do enough for us, would definitely stay here again」

「Wonderful accomodation, staying in one of the cottages. We dined in the rataurant and the staff were very friendly and engaged in good conversation. The food presentation, taste and quality were fabulous and the settting and decoration was delightful. 10/10 」
