I arranged my entire trip around being able to stay at this property. I also saved it for the end of my vacation. I was surprised to find my room had used dirty dishes and it made me wonder what else was not really cleaned. I did report this to the front desk and after having the restaurant bring clean coffee cups I mentioned that the maid would not need to come by. The next morning bright and early I could see her coming to my room while I was eating breakfast. She was annoyed that I had the do not disturb on my door. She came back again while I was resting in bed so I told the front desk again that my room did not need to be serviced. Then as I am standing in the shower, she comes back a third time. Up until this, I had a good level of communication with the front desk, so not sure for the new disconnect. I also got very sick after the first night and I suspected it was from the air conditioner. I overhead a few other guests at breakfast mention the same thing. I ended up having to turn off the air while in the room and to sleep with the windows wide open which left me a little concerned. Only upsetting for spending so much money to stay there. That being said, the breakfast and the staff there were great. The views were incredible. They have staff that will help with baggage and they will arrange shuttle service for a fee.
