「The staff was responsive and attentive, and the pools and hot tubs were great. While small for lap swimming, I was able to get in a modest workout and then take a plunge in the cold pool. Invigorating! And then warm up a bit in the hot tub. Staff gave thorough info upon arrival and was responsive/helpful when my card key stopped working about two hours before my checkout. 「Property was cute and quaint. Staff was welcoming and always helpful. Room was cute. While I love a sisal rug, I didn’t so much love it on my bare feet. I would say the number one thing that I felt would have helped the room was simply a luggage rack. There was not really a good surface to open up your luggage and storage was minimal. 「This hotel was lovely. The staffs were so friendly. The pool were open 24 hours so you can relax yourself anytime. However, the room space was a little small for family. Shower room had no door and floor got wet easily. But we still had a wonderful stay.」

「The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call...
