Exceptional Service – A Stay to Remember! Thank you Zami! From the moment I walked into Zami, at Hotel Griffon in San Francisco. I was met with an unmatched level of warmth and hospitality. As this was my first stay, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but the experience far exceeded anything I could have imagined. Zami, truly went above and beyond in every way. From the very first interaction, they made me feel valued and welcome, anticipating my needs before I even voiced them especially as it was my birthday and we were celebrating Valentine's Day. Even during the busy weekend due to all star game Zami kindness, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for making guests feel at home set the tone for my entire stay. Every detail, from check-in to the personalized recommendations, was handled with such care. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience, but Zami did just that. Whether it was their attentiveness, professionalism, or the little thoughtful gestures, they made my stay nothing short of perfect. Because of this outstanding service, I will be returning regularly and will be highly recommending Hotel Griffon to my friends and family. The staff was very friendly and helpful Zami & Juan were great and the young woman at the front desk was also very helpful. We really enjoyed the location, close walk to the Ferry Building and the Embarcadero BART station. Our previous stay we had the bay view, which had a beautiful view. Not available on this stay. Rooms was compact, very clean and very nice decor. Will definitely stay here again.

Last minute trip to San Francisco for a medical emergency for my wife who had a lung transplant 5 months ago. We have stayed at the Griffon a couple of times before and found the rooms clean, the staff exceptional and the location perfect touring and eating. Zami checked us in and made our stay extra special with his contagious smile and over the top service. I would highly recommend this hotel!
