「The check in staff was very nice and helpful. The property needs some work. Our toilet seat was broken and the shower leaked all over the floor when you take a shower and the hot water didn’t work at night in the shower. The patio door was not in working order. It was almost impossible to open it and close it. We could mot lock it.」

「Property was great! Room was very nice and hotel amenities were too. The area is near Via España which is great for shopping like a local. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby (the ones on site at hotel are great too!). If you are looking for more touristy area, this may not be your spot, but Uber are reasonable and metro is around the corner. Highly recommend!」

「We traveled as 3 families with kids and had a good time at Riu Plaza. It is in a pretty central location of Panama City and there were many good restaurant and shopping options within 15 min walk. We felt safe walking at night. Uber is easily available and comes super fast. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. The 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby has good smoothies, coffee and bakery items. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner so can’t comment on the food quality...

「This property was okay. Depending on what your plans are, the place was okay when it comes to convenience. It’s an average of $5.50 via uber to casco Viejo. My tours picked me up without any problems. The area is walkable and some of the popular cafes in the old town have chains within 20 minutes of the hotel. That was nice since I didn’t want to always go to the old town for a coffee. The mall is 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes drive. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is okay. No matter if...

「I love the people at riande and it’s an amazing location and price, the trash though the past couple times I’ve stayed smells very strong in the pool area and lights in rooms and rugs just need to be replaced , simple maintenance issues 」
