「Hotel was fine. Property does not communicate at all. After I booked, I emailed asking for an early check-in. It would have been fine if they just said no, but they never replied. Then when I arrived I asked if I could get in a bit early again. There were no other guests at the property and they still didn't get me an early check in. 」
