「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「The staff was very helpful and the shuttle that takes you up to two miles from the hotel for no charge. We went shopping etc… I will definitely be staying there again. 」

「Couldn't have chose a better place to stay on my weekend holiday. The view overlooked a lake, miles of amazing terrain as far as the eye can see! Started each day with the complimentary breakfast that was included every morning. Explored downtown Denver transported by train which the station was no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Variety of restaurants all in the vicinity too! Very happy with my stay and all the staff in Aurora!!! Hope this helps with your decision : )」
