「The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.」

「Very good location, just next to Victoria market. You can get good food for breakfast every morning. Easy accessible and convenient transport. Just not satisfying with the cleaning conditions. The room got urinary bad smell when we entered. I believed the housekeeper don’t clean the toilet everyday . One mug is also dirty. 」

「I choose to stay in Brady because it located in alleys, not main roads. I expected it would be a silent place in CBD. However the noise came from the pipes in the toilet every night. Anyway, except for this, Brady is a good hotel to stay, especially you can have a morning run in Carlton Garden nearby. 」

「交通方便，前方就有電車站，住宿設施齊全，但洗衣機及乾衣機沒有清潔好，有污積，住了8天，日用品供應不足夠，要打電話要求供應，床單不是那麼乾淨，不過大致也可以，空間比較大，可以推薦」

「The hotel room is modern and cozy, however the soundproof is terrible as I can almost hear everything from my next door, and the door of shower does not sealed properly so there is always a flood after each shower. I commented this to the staffs when I was checking out, and apparently it is a known issue if you are unlucky enough as myself to get one of the connected rooms without any prior notification.」

「Unlike some of the comments, the location is not convenient. 10min walk from nearest tram station and 20min walk from nearest free tram station. However there are many restaurants (mainly Italian) ard the hotel. Impressed by receptionist Paul, very enthusiastic to introduce the environment around the hotel and Melbourne city, very welcoming. However, was so disappointed by the staff Jack. impatient and unhelpful on arranging the shuttle bus to the airport. Probably wont stay again.」
