「I was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had the best experience at Best Westerns in the past but this Best Western was very nice. 」

「There were 2 dirty washcloths and a few hairs in the tub so the bathroom clearly wasnt thoroughly cleaned. The room was fine for the price and location.」

「Couples fighting across the hall, someone begging for money in the parking lot.」

「Loved the place but did have problems with our Plumbing. The shower in Room 21 only had HOT water coming out no cold to moderate the heat. Had to take a bath instead. Haven't done that in over 30 years.」

「Hotel was in a convenient location, close to area restaurants and stores. The proximity to Grand Haven and Muskegon beaches was nice. The hotel itself is newer and was relatively clean, however, the pull out couch had crumbs in it and for some reason IHG hotels have started not including bedding for the sleeper sofa in the rooms. This visit, we were luckily checking in earlier in the evening but when you arrive after a long day of traveling the last thing you want to do is to have to go back...

「The staff was friendly but the hotel is a bit short staffed. I did not get any hand soap in the bathroom sink and the arrangement in the bathroom does not have any counter space for make-up or toiletry supplies. 」

「My spouse and I agreed that this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The rooms were spacious with large windows and a slight view of the river. Being right by the boardwalk and downtown was wonderful. The front porch was awesome as well」

「Great place! First time at a B&B and we weren't sure what to expect. It was a great vibe! The place was clean & tidy the carpet in the entrance had some stains but the rooms and the house in general was tidy. The views and sunset was absolutely amazing & being Beachfront made the entire stay absolutely perfect! 」
