「Hotel appeared to be in safe area for the river walk. We had a couple of issues after checking in but wasn't a big deal. When we checked into our room the smoke alarm was beeping indicating a low battery. I got a battery from front desk and changed. 「Loved the smooth contactless check-in! The King suite was clean and welcoming! The only thing missing were hangers which I noticed immediately as I was in town for a wedding! 「Everything was great except the heat didn't work. When we got there the room was 65 degrees. We decided to turn it up to 70 because we were walking to and from the concert venue and we would be cold when we got back. We came and went multiple times and the temperature in the room never got above 66 degrees. This is not ok. There was a chill in the air the whole night. No I didn't say anything because I wasn't going to switch rooms at 1am. 」

「Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time.
