「The pictures are very deceiving. They do charge for electric separately, that’s something I didn’t know when I booked. We kept the lights on because we noticed there were roaches in that house. Punta cana is beautiful but this property was not 」

「The property was beautiful, but there was construction going on for long hours at the property next door. It was very difficult to arrange taxi service to the local restaurants because Uber couldn’t differentiate between drivable roads and golf cart paths. Virtually no commercial establishment (grocery store, restaurant, drug store) is within walking distance and there are no sidewalks. So a car is a must. The car I had reserved at the airport fell through (don’t ask), but our host was able...

「I have chosen this property because of the private pool and the privacy I was looking for. I did get both of those. Although most of the properties in the area are separated by trees. It was not completely private. There are a few restaurants nearby, most are very expensive. The nearest supermarket is 20 mn drive from the apartment. There are a few things I did not like. First, there were no blender and microwave in the apartment. I think it is a mistake. Second, there was no access to the...

She prepared everyday food for us and she cook very good .All rooms very clean the A/c works perfectly the beds are comfortable . The area is quite and relaxing the pool very good the water warm . "En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
