「We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The pool was out of order our first night but by the second night it was available to swim. The water was a little chilly. The hot tub was available but seemed like it needed cleaned. Overall it was nice stay and I would recommend this hotel.」

「Our stay at Oglebay was wonderful from start to finish. We booked a vacation for ourselves, our 20 month old and my parents. It was perfect. The restaurant and its staff were professional and accommodating. The hotel staff was fantastic. We had a problem with our room heater and they changed the whole unit within the hour! 「The staff is not only very professional and prompt but friendly and easy to talk with. The desk worker and shuttle driver whose name i can't remember reminded me of talking with an Uncle that keeps you laughing all the time. Will definitely stay again 」
