「So, for me, the number one criteria above all others is a peaceful night's sleep. If everything else is great, but I can't sleep, the rest really doesn't matter. The rooms are great, as to be expected. The location is fantastic, interesting and walkable. However, the service, particularly compared to other hotels in the area, leaves a lot to be desired. 「All in all, it was the best vacation since very long. We had a wonderful time from the first second we arrived, till the last minute. The food, the beach, the pool, the rooms everything was just great. But what we liked most, was the staff. Roula was also always so nice and would have done everything for us. In every section it was so friendly, kind, attentive and we felt so loved. Every wish came true. Safa was so nice, friendly at every time and she is a sunshine! I could call so many more...
