「A big property, nice facilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The air con was quiet and could be easily adjusted. The rooms are spacious, but maybe a little tired and need updating. The service was very good but not exceptional or personal. The restaurants were a bit overpriced. I wasn’t able to book one room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children so had to spend extra booking two separate but adjoining rooms. 」

「All in all, it was the best vacation since very long. We had a wonderful time from the first second we arrived, till the last minute. The food, the beach, the pool, the rooms everything was just great. But what we liked most, was the staff. Roula was also always so nice and would have done everything for us. In every section it was so friendly, kind, attentive and we felt so loved. Every wish came true. Safa was so nice, friendly at every time and she is a sunshine! I could call so many more...

「Uno dei migliori alberghi di sempre per me. Struttura con spazi enormi, arredamento di gusto eccezionale. 3 piani di spa con piscina 25 metri al 43 piano. Personale in ogni angolo e gentilissimo. Pranzo ottimo. Upgrade gratuito a suite di almeno 60 mq. Stanza da bagno con marmi neri, spettacolare.」

「Best choice. Receptionists and staff wonderful, “Amina” at reception was very courteous and helpful , top shopping mall next door, top clean and pleasant rooms and facilities. Would always come here.」

「So, for me, the number one criteria above all others is a peaceful night's sleep. If everything else is great, but I can't sleep, the rest really doesn't matter. The rooms are great, as to be expected. The location is fantastic, interesting and walkable. However, the service, particularly compared to other hotels in the area, leaves a lot to be desired. Particularly, scheduling a work crew at 3:30 AM to dismantle decorations from a wedding with hammers. On top of this, no greeting upon arrival,...
