「Wonderfully comfortable, clean and stylish hotel with excellent staff. An old building that has been well renovated. It is spotlessly clean, bedding great quality cotton, beds comfortable. Great location in the charming old part of town. Our room was on the small side because of the nature of the building. Would recommend, friendly, professional sta. 」

「The hotel is extremely clean from the time you step into the Lobby. Rooms and washrooms were new and clean. Excellent beds that are very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and explained with a map where to park. They surprised me with dessert and champagne since it was my Birthday stay. The location is very convenient. A quick walk to Alfama, Praca do Comercio & Rua Augusta. 」

「My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. 「When we arrived outside the hotel I looked at my wife and said "what the hell have I done". After the initial out look of graffiti everywhere, we got inside and what a hidden gem. I could not fault this hotel it's just a shame it's located in what looks like a ghetto. Staff were fantastic, super clean hotel and very comfortable. I was a little unsure of walking out at night but it's pretty safe. Try not to let this put you off as it is a gem. 」

「Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!」
