「Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue.」

「My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. 「Probably the best boutique hotel you can find in the area. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, super clean - we had the one bedroom apartment which had 2 huge TV’s . The staff is outstanding, super polite and friendly. You have complimentary free fridge full of drinks- beer, pop and water, and every day water and coffee is re-fulled . Amazing stay , the view from the room was gorgeous! 」

「Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!」

「Convenient location, everything is in walkable distance. Close to Pink Street with many bars. Could be busy and noisy at night. Howeverv our room was on the opposite side, so did not bothered buy noise. Our room floor was quite squeaky which was annoying.」
