「It is a very convenient hotel, just 2 mins walk from Metros. However, my room was extremely tiny (but it was very clean), and I was very surprised that there was no a proper reception (as it is classified as a 4-star hotel). As I checked in the hotel, the reception staff was helping another guests (but it was hard for me to tell if it is the place to check in), The guy at the reception doesn’t even greet to me. And there were a bunch of sex toy shops next to the hotel so I don’t think it is...

「This hotel is in a great location. Easy to reach some attractions on foot and others from the nearby Metro station. The Gare du Nord is also in walking distance. The staff were all friendly and always said hello. The breakfast was lovely and the bar had some great cocktails. Our twin room had good storage and was a good size based on what I've heard about other Paris hotels but some may consider it slightly small. The bathroom wasn't as good as some others in our party had in their double room...

"We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t understand why no other room on the upper floor was arranged for us given it was not a last minute booking. We have made the booking at least 2 months ago. We could not sleep well due to this terrible experience. We hope this hotel would treasure each of their customers even they only stayed for one night, and show their hospitality by maintaining the facilities in good condition."
