「The check in staff were very rude to my husband! I made the reservations and paid in full through Hotels.com app. My husband came first from Waco to Galveston for our Grandson's playoffs. The hotel would not let him check in without me being there. So I had to change the name on the reservation through Hotels.com to my husband's name before he could check in. So I had to jump through those hoops in Waco online while I was sitting at my Granddaughter's game! Also, the whole hotel smells like...

「The guy at the front desk was rude. We went to Galveston for the day and decided to spend the night so we weren't prepared. I asked for some complimentary tooth brushes, those cheap disposable, one time use ones and he was clearly upset at having to look for some under the counter and asked why we couldn't have brought our own tooth brushes from home. 「Place was great but did have a “fishy” smell in room but you are right on the water. Very nice place to stay if you are going on the cruise. We walked to the port. 」
