「The service I received was excellent. The owner was very friendly and the cleaning lady cleaned my room, replaced clean towels and even washed the dishes for me daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked really well. The room was a bit small and it wasn’t any sound proof at all. You can hear every sound clearly coming from the hallways or the parking. I was woken up daily by people talking.」

「This property was okay. Depending on what your plans are, the place was okay when it comes to convenience. It’s an average of $5.50 via uber to casco Viejo. My tours picked me up without any problems. The area is walkable and some of the popular cafes in the old town have chains within 20 minutes of the hotel. That was nice since I didn’t want to always go to the old town for a coffee. The mall is 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes drive. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is okay. No matter if...

「El personal es excelente. Estaba todo limpio pero en los pasillos olia mal. las estructuras en los cuartos les hace fata mantenimiento se ven muy gastadas y da miedo abrirlas no se vayan a romper. Pero en general para una noche esta muy bien」

「We traveled as 3 families with kids and had a good time at Riu Plaza. It is in a pretty central location of Panama City and there were many good restaurant and shopping options within 15 min walk. We felt safe walking at night. Uber is easily available and comes super fast. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. The 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby has good smoothies, coffee and bakery items. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner so can’t comment on the food quality...
