「Very nice 」

「Check in process needs to be clearer. The email said there was no front desk at the property with no further information (and the address to check in was incorrect on the email and on google.) At the property the only check in information was on the sign for the Holiday Inn, which is easy to miss when driving in the dark. We had to ask other folks staying where we had to check in. Information about that in the email would be great beforehand, perhaps stating that check in is at the Grand Geneva...

I travel frequently and, sad to say, her attitude is not as common as it should be. Jasmin, also a Front Desk person, was equally professional. 」

「Our stay was ok. Room was relatively clean. Something was splashed up on the wallpapered wall in the bathroom. Not overly noticable at quick glance, but certainly noticable when sitting on the toilet. Also, small areas of mold around the door trim of the shower that should have been cleaned better. Walls were very thin. Could not only hear road noise from outside, but could easily hear conversation in the room next door. That said, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than...
