「The staff were excellent, the best part of the resort. There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking.」

「I truly loved this property. Great beach, nice atmosphere and relaxing jacuzzies and swimming pools with a variarity of drinks in the bars. I took one star off only because even though they have very good restaurants most of soups and salsas are made with a chicken base. As an chicken allergic person that took lots of good food off my reach. 」

「Every staff member who works here is super friendly. We were made to feel welcome. Our room was just a basic two bed ocean view. That was all we needed. The room was nice, clean. The beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Our children and their families stayed in panoramic suites and they were awesome. So much room. The food was excellent. Room service was great. Pool side service was great. The weather was great. We would definitely book another vacation here.」

The booking of dining is a little confusing and it would be nice if there was a chips and guacamole option opposed to just salsa. I get that the resort is trying to cut costs but just charge a little more. Overall a great property and great stay. 」
