「Best hotel we visited in Romania and the service was impeccable. Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). 「Arrived at the hotel during a Sunday afternoon rally event. Traffic was heavy and parking was scarce. The receptionist found me a spot to park and get registered. Once the event traffic subsided, the receptionist found me a better parking spot. With parking accomplished, everything else was a dream. Wonderful staff and facilities.」
