「Nice place to stay… good location .」

「Due to flight delay, I arrived the pension late on 12:30am. Originally, I told them I will arrive 11pm but he waited for me before going to sleep. He 's so warmly hearted. The room is nice, well equipped and extremely silent.」

「Arrived at the hotel during a Sunday afternoon rally event. Traffic was heavy and parking was scarce. The receptionist found me a spot to park and get registered. Once the event traffic subsided, the receptionist found me a better parking spot. With parking accomplished, everything else was a dream. Wonderful staff and facilities.」

「A neat and tidy hotel. We stayed at 3/F and the room had a large balcony with a panoramic view of the city. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The supermarket, tram station and city centre are within walk.」

「Breakfast was a little bit disappointing as it was already prepared by them. Juices were not provided. Breakfast consists of cold cuts, yogurt, fruits, water and coffee. Only on the last day we were asked if we want omelet or boiled eggs. Also my wife asked on the last day for some fruits as they forget to bring it. Pastry was made on site and it was good. Room was OK, but not enough space to unpack your luggage. Bathroom was a little bit darker and the extraction fan was noisy. Soundproofing...

「Excellent service, great clean room, very good value for the money. We chose this hotel because of free parking, included breakfast (great variety), 24/7 front desk, so late check-in, as we arrived late in the evening. Very polite and accommodating staff. The hotel is 15 min walk to the city centre. We did not mind, as we like to walk.」

「This is an elegant old hotel. The rooms were a little dated, but they were clean. There was no laundry facilities (even though it’s listed). The pool and spa area are fantastic!! Great sauna, steam rooms, we just loved the spa. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the restaurant on the 8th floor is very good!」
