「Staff was great and responsive to any of our requests. Such a convenient, cute, and walkable area with much to see. 「It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.」

「Hyatt Centric Montreal had it all! My wife and I celebrated Valentine's Day here and it was in a great location! The staff are professional and friendly, the hotel has a 24 hour gym, the food was delicious and fresh, and the view from the rooftop is to die for! There's even a heated pool outdoors on the rooftop! Our trip was cut short due to the weather, but I would highly recommend Hyatt Centric Montreal if you need a place to stay in the area. We had a wonderful stay!」

「The best hotel we've ever stayed in! Delicious continental breakfast with nice meats, cheeses and fresh Montreal bagels. Room was modern, beautiful and large. Valet parking was challenging due to the size of our vehicle and the snow storm but the staff went above and beyond to find a solution. 「Great location and would absolutely stay again. A couple of tiny quirks during our stay, and as noted, it was 3 flights up but it was well worth it for the location and the price.
