「Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The 2 Bedroom Suite was very convenient for our group. Breakfast was included & was very good with great selection. The only thing I can criticize is the property is starting to see some wear. Time for carpets to be replaced in the room we were in and some of the chairs/furniture on the main floor common areas are looking very tired.」

「Usually my go to place to stay when in Calgary. It’s convenient for what we choose to do, easy to get to and easy parking. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing every single time, they other such a great variety of foods and offer almond milk as dairy free alternative. 」

「The place was really perfect for my needs. Is a fully set up apartment and very clean. The one disappointing thing about it was I rented it for 3 weeks but was called back to work a week early so only needed it for 2 weeks. I asked for a credit for the week as I would be returning the following month. There was no negotiation and no refund or credit was given. I would have rented it consistently but due to this policy I won’t be returning. 」

「The room was very nice and clean. We chose a room with a kitchenette to make ourselves dinner. The downside was the ventilation was bad so for the rest of our stay, the room smelt like food... we also didn't have salt, pepper and olive oil nor were there cleaning supplies to do the dishes. We asked the front desk and they came to give us what we needed to clean the dishes... still no salt, pepper or olive oil. 」

「This hotel was perfectly fine for our needs. Friendly staff, clean/updated room, easy parking, and affordable. My only complaint would be that our room faced McLeod Trail so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us too much. Would stay here again. 」
