「The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'...

「Amazing rooms with beautiful decor! The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and the bar cart is a nice touch. The fact they offer real wine glasses and coffee cups in the rooms is a bonus. This will be our new "go to" whenever we stay in Calgary. For the money, you won't find a better hotel.」

「6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. 」

「The property itself was really nice, the parking situation wasn’t the best, very limited parking in front which made it harder to actually get into the building to check in & it was a little confusing as the valet is on the first floor and you have to go up to the second floor to get to the front desk, the staff was very nice, other than that it was a great stay! 」

「From the moment I walked in to register my experience was excellent. I booked 2 rooms requested adjoining or close by that was accommodated. Rooms were ready ahead of check in. Beautiful rooms Excellent beds. Best sleep ever. Not sure about the noise of McLeod Trail in Calgary. My room was so quiet. Good selection for breakfast and superb coffee from the machine. Very fresh. . Excellent stay thank you 」
