「Amazing place. 125yr old Victorian home. Beautiful done. So Charming. Gwen was amazingly friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. The sitting room with fireplace, over looks the mountain view, over the city and lake. Wow!! Amazing sunsets and rise. I Can't stop looking out the window!! I will be coming back here for sure! Thank you for a great sleep (bed was so comfortable and great pillows) and a deep tub, great for soaking in!!! Such a quite relaxing time. Highly recommend 😄👍」

「The closet was under construction. The bathroom had no heat, The toilet seat broke because it was positioned almost against the wall and too small (told them a few times but they did not seem to care, was not fixed). Also, I had to ask for a lamp and was told they had none to spare, then 3-4days later they showed up with a very old one. This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.. I was stuck so leaving was not an option, so I had to bear it. They charged me an additional $40...
