「This hotel was secent for what it was, great customer service, front desk was amazing, the little market was amazing . Pool area was great size, although didnt get a chance to use it due to how loud the room was. The guestroom was decent sized, with a mini fridge microwave, and very nicely laid out. Breakfast was ok, i loved the fact they had french toast. All in sll ok and decently priced for fast trips」

「Took my daughter for a little staycation in beachwood, and check in was a breeze! The Staff was very friendly and we received a treat bag with joining the members program. My daughter loved that, room was very clean and inviting. The entire building was very clean and up to date. The pool was nice kinda cold my daughter said, but hot tub very nice and warm! 「Other then the Elevator being out of service I really enjoyed my stay. I became a member. My husband will need a fee more procedures at the Cleveland Clinic. and this Hotel kept me from having to go through Cleveland and all that construction. It is a simple drive to the Clinic and plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus we can park our own car and felt safe. 」
