"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, over all the rooms are clean and everything else is nice. Our main complaint is the lighting in the room is always so dark! Even with every light and windows open. Also- it would be nice if breakfast was included. I like the restaurant option but I think the breakfast ends at 9:30"

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"
