"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"This was a great location. It is close to shopping and dining in the Norterra area. Our room was very clean and the staff is amazing. The breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were delicious and there were lots of choices. It was a great value. We will definitely stay here again."

"Loved staying at the Embassy Suites here in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! We ended up checking in very late but was able to check in quickly. The breakfast was well organized and such a plus. The facilities and room are very clean. I will definitely stay here again! The view from out balcony was stunning!"
